i'm deciding that i'm going to quit weed forever (if i can) and taking a break from drinking. i hope i don't go through withdrawal again... it wasn't addiction, but it felt like PMS. shrooms was interesting, it gave me a new outlook on life, but only for a brief moment.

i'm going to miss how available and easy access weed was. i know i'll always have drinking.

I've drank & luckily I can keep that in moderation. :S A couple of my friends are addicted to alcohol and it is really really sad seeing them at parties, honestly.

I've been curious about weed, E, shrooms, and LSD, lmao. I'm afraid to try because I don't wanna make it an everyday habit. ;x

I drink... a lot but other than that nothing I've been around weed and I don't see anything fun about it... plus you smell once your done. Cocaine is way too easy to get addicted to, and acid scares the shit out of me

I'm assuming it's not a good idea to have two different antidepressants in the bloodstream simultaneously, no?

I've smoked weed a lot over the past few years. I've used on and off. I'll go for months and then won't for a year or two. It's been months since I smoked. I've just lost total interest in it. It makes me tired and cranky all the time when I'm not stoned. It's a waste of money and it kills your memory. I couldn't remember shit, so all the schooling I'm paying for was going right through my head.

Besides smoking once in a while, and drinking at parties and such. The only other drug I would even consider would be shrooms. But to be honest I think I have too much bottled up shit to even enjoy a good trip.

I've tried weed, not into the crowd it attracts though. Honestly it feels good, but not worth it.

I would also agree, to the point of the stereotypical "sit on the couch and burn all day" crowd.

I smoke weed and I am an awesome person.
Most people I meet that smoke are really cool, as well.

Strait edge kids that preach about how much better they are than you because they are closed minded.

There are tons of people who are really smart and down to earth that smoke weed. I'm sure you're cool too. But you have to admit that there are a lot of people who do absolutely nothing but smoke weed all the time. It begins to rob some peoples ambition and they work shitty jobs just to support the habit. And just overall become shady people who distance themselves.

Yeah a lot of straight edge people are close minded, and just need a fat blunt filled with some dank skunk. But looking in from a straight edges point of view all they see is the stereotypical potheads that everyone portrays.

Everyone is different with weed. Sometimes it would just fit a persons lifestyle, which is why I stand behind weed. Right now it doesn't fit my lifestyle, I need to get my career on. And constantly forgetting shit and worrying about a drug test doesn't really ease my mind. So I'll get my paper for now, and when I retire I will own lots of land and grow lots of strains, please believe.

^I understand what you mean, I just hate being generalized into catagories of "dope-fiends" and "pot-heads" because I do drugs. I don't care for anyone that lets one thing control their life. Be it weed, pills, women, men, money. There is more to life than any kind of drug. It's a waste of time to sit on the couch toking all day, plus ANYTHING is more fun that just sitting on the couch when you are high.
