Anyways, what do you guys do to stay in shape? Or what does exercising constitute for you? Would it be something along the lines of taking the stairs instead of the elevator, running or even just getting up for the day? Don't move my topic bitches. |

I'm sore too.
To stay in shape, I just play a lot of tennis. I don't really believe in taking the stairs instead of the elevator as a form of exercise. I try to stay away from McDonalds.. I have it maybe once every other month. I just try to get off the computer for at least twice a week :T. |

I havent done any excersize whatsoever since last spring with my schools tennis team.
Im so lazy, i should start doing some crunches though to get toned. |

i'm freakin sore. i busted my ass numerous times over the weekend due to intoxication. i have a bruise on my leg from an unknown origin and my back really hurts.
To keep in shape- planet fitness 2 or 3x a week. |

sundays are my gym days.
i have to go up 80 (i count everyday) steps to just get from the first parking garage level onto campus level more than once a day. i could probably take an elevator but i don't know where it is and i hate breaking my routine like that anyway. i don't think of it as "working out" really, but my legs were sore the first week of school lol. i'd like to do real work outs more than just sundays, but i never seem to have another day that i can really stick to as consistently as sundays. |

omg, I am the laziest person ever. I haven't really ran since 10th grade, where I had to, because of mandatory PE.
If it was convenient, and I had to do something to "keep in shape", I'd definitely swim. |

But now, my parents moved, so I have to walk up and down a steep slope. Going down is fine, but going up is tiring. but yeah. I'm sore because I do springboard diving every monday. lols. |

I don't keep in shape, I have no muscle at all, but I have no fat either, so it's all good. I don't exercise at all.

SO SORE. Outrigger canoe, we paddled for 15 miles out...then I ran a mile afterward.
My back ! I eat more calories than I burn though, so exercising doesn't make me any skinnier.. |

To be serious, I powerlift four days a week and do boxing + Muay Thai an hour to two hours daily. Conditioning in the form of skipping rope, sprinting, and swimming is three days a week. And I usually go hiking on Sundays, but that's more for the fun of it than as a form of exercise.
Back when I was 14 I would weightlift with machines four hours a day, but I'm not quite as stupid as I was then. |
