I posted 4 stock photos last night and they're still pending.

Yeah its normal. They say right after that it takes atleast up to about a week for them to get accepted. So dont worry about it

It says that the approval process can take up to a week, but your images should be reviewed within one to three days, usually. Staff members actually have to go through them and make decisions; it's not automatic or anything.
