I know, it sounds crazy, but it took me two days to turn this:
Into this: I actually worked a lot on it, even if it doesn't look like it. I put a lot of detail in it. I did it because one of my friends who work for a magazine said I needed to work on some touch-up things. :D Whaddaya think? |

I don't really see a dramatic difference.
It looks a bit better.. but I would have cleared up a lot of the girl on the left's freckles, and even out the colors on her lips. For the girl on the right, I would have tried to make her eyebrow a little less wide o.O And for both, I would have tried to fix up their eyelashes, a bit. |

I see that you made their skin more peachy, deepened their lip color, and edited their eye color a bit, but the changes are really subtle. I think the girl on the left looks fine with her freckles; they're cute. Nothing wrong with them.

Yeah, I didn't want to remove the freckles, because I think they;re her best feature. But I am going to work some more on it.

I see a difference the girl's make-up on the right, but not the left. Maybe work on evening the lip color on the girl on the left.
