Eggs!
Okay, so you just crack open say, eight eggs. Put a little bit of milk in there, let's say a quarter cup to half cup, use at your discretion. Heat up a skillet/wok/pan/w.e you're going to use to cook it. Heat whatever you're using up on high heat, but once you put the eggs on turn it down to medium to upper medium heat. Wait a few minutes before you start to scramble them, which you can do with a number of things. Large wooden spoons, spatula, most larger utensils. |

lol, I put milk in mine, but just like... a splash. I also don't use 8 eggs, though, so idk man...
I always make mine with cheese and it's so goood. |

Well for eight eggs, that isn't much milk. I don't know, that's how my mom taught me lol. I also add salt/lots, LOTS of pepper.

![]() Beating your eggs and adding milk to them will make them fluffier/drier. If you like that, go ahead, but I like my eggs juicy. |

I just drink them raw. They taste inhumanly awful, but the fact that I can intake the same amount in a matter of seconds is reason enough.

Milk in scrambled eggs? That's the first I've ever heard of that. I just whisk them up, pour them in a hot/warm pan, and stir it with a fork every so often.

I'm assuming that I've been misinformed? Carrie, I've heard of milk being whisked with eggs but I don't particularly care for it. I cook them similarly to how you cook them. |

Things like oysters freak me out so even if eggs were safe to eat raw, I don't think I could because of the texture.

I thought that raw eggs were bad, dangerous even. I'm assuming that I've been misinformed? Scientists estimate that only 1 of every 20,000 eggs might contain salmonella bacteria. More significant is the fact that the avidin in raw eggs produces a high isoelectric point that binds with biotin, which diminishes the amount of protein that can be synthesized, but I can just eat more to compensate. Sadly, science still doesn't change the fact that it feels like I'm eating a huge, cold snot. |
