Which ones of you can legally vote but aren't going to?
I thought I'd registered to vote when I went to the DPS in Houston, but apparently, I wasn't registered. By the time I found out it was pretty much too late to mail in my registration :( Oh well. TX isn't a swing state so I highly doubt my vote will even matter. It still sorta makes me sad, though. |

I could have but didn't vote for the Canadian election a couple of days ago... I feel guilty, but I'd feel even guiltier if I voted blindly (I don't follow Canadian politics at all).

i'll vote, but it won't be planned. i'll just pick it based whose name looks better.
honestly, people voting to vote seems pointless. i don't follow politics, but since it's my duty to vote, i shall vote. |

Don't worry. Your vote won't matter, anyway. American democracy is a sham. It's an illusion to keep the people placated.

Well, as little difference as my presidential vote makes, there are local races and referendums I want to vote on. I intend to vote, but the state is making it nice and difficult for me because they rejected my absentee ballot application.

I only really have to drive an hour, but it's a really trafficy drive.
I won't have time on election day because I have class till 3:15 and it takes half an hour just to get off campus at that time of the afternoon, so I'll probably do advance voting on Halloween because i get the day off. While I'm in my county, I can get a haircut and go to the doctor that day too, without having to actually make a trip home, so this might work out after all. |

Even if you try to vote, it probably won't really matter.

But i'm voting. And TX is definitely not a swing state. |
