Well you could just set a texture/color that you want then use the text tool and type it out regularly. It's not like you have to do it manually. The rest of that stuff is just brushes. It's really not that hard.

A clipping mask would work for that. If you're using Photoshop. It would help if we knew what program you're working with. |

Then try a clipping mask.

well for the texture over the text, you can just add that through the layer style. Looks to be the same texture used on the rest of the image as well.
as for the color, looks like the highlighted each letter and just changed the color. the rest is just another font, brushes, and a reflection effect. |
