Theres this skin on bebo im wondering about the part with hello kitty like how the person got hello kitty really smooth and if you can create these images because another girl that has the same stuff says she creates all her images !? but im wondering how yah get the picture smooth and small and like gd quality well just on the hello kitty part if anyone can explain or something?

Hm... she probably uses the pen tool. And holds the mouse steady when doing the shape.
