 I bought a few packs on monday. I smoke camel religiously, and I'm a big fan of menthol. Its very fresh and cools your tonsils, despite the other things it is doing to your body. I'm used to intensely flavored cigerettes making me feel sick, but I actually enjoy the Camel crush cigerettes. For those who haven't heard of these new smokes by camel - these cigarettes have a, tiny, blue ball that is inserted into the filter. You have to crush the ball to get a menthol cigerette. If you do not crush the ball, you get a full flavored camel that tastes like a kind of sweet turkish blend. Have any other smokers tried these, yet? |

I've tried them, and they're absolutely amazing.
If I don't want menthol or if I don't, I don't have to switch back and forth, ya know? |

Those are only good occasionaly, I think. I got a bunch of coupons for them, and I can't find my favorite cigarette anywhere, so I smoked them for about 2 weeks and I just can't do it anymore. I think it's a great idea, but will be better executed if marlboro or basic comes out with the same thing. Everyone tells me it's not a light cigarette, but I always have to smoke more of them to feel like I actually smoked.
If you take the ball out and put it into a full flavor marlboro or basic it tastes MUCH better than the camel. |

I ended up giving the rest of the packs that I bought to my boyfriend . . . After the second pack i kept hearing that they can make your throat bleed, and I got sick of them. I'm currently reverted back to camel menthols now.

They gave me a really sore throat. And, they just don't taste good.
I would only buy them if I was really low on cash and had a coupon. |

i bought a pack when they first came out. they're amazing. its so cool how u can just crush it and it turns into a menthol cigarette. lol ohhh what will they come up with next??

Newports makes your throat bleed, I think camel crushes are too weak to cut up your lungs.
Newports are the true menthol kings, no other menthol comes close ;). But yeah, those crushes are nice once in a while, especially while you're drinking. You got to go half way smoking it regularly, then crush it for the fine, strong menthol taste =]. |
