What kind of layouts are you looking to make? Myspace ones?
And since this is in Intros, hey I'm Natalia!  Welcome to cB. I think this should be moved but not sure to where since you didn't specify what kind of layout you are looking to make. If you are submitting layouts that were generated, you'll likely get rejected. If you need help, you can always learn some HTML and Div Codes from here. Happy submitting.
