That's actually happened to me a couple times before. I think the server just slows down or something. It ends up working again in a couple minutes.

It's either a CB server error, or some of the images in the layout didn't transfer when it was uploaded. Like if it's a photobucket image or something, it may not show up if the account went over the bandwidth limit.
If it still doesn't work, link the layout/graphic/whatever here. |
