okay, so a couple months ago in the middle of summer. my older brother bought a ps3, and the game call of duty 4. (yes i know, a girl plays videogames? astonishing!) well i love video games. so you can play online with other people who has the game too whatever. this guy added me. we started talking online while playing together. we sorta got close.. the thing is, he lives in california and i live in florida. i barely know him, and i don't think i like him. but he always says he miss playing with me and talking to me and hearing my voice. and i admit sometimes i miss playing with him and hearing his voice. but ever since i started school, i kinda get busy. he works and time difference complicates things. he's 19 and i'm 16... and i don't think i have feelings for him, but it's nice to talk to him. my sister and cousin says it's kinda of wrong.. and they don't like me talking to him sometimes. but that's because it is wrong from the way we grow up. time's have changed, and i don't know if it's wrong? i don't want to get too attached to him.. but any advice to help? like we're friends and i like that we are.

i'm just wondering if it's wrong, and could it be more than just friends?

welll yeah, i don't know.. lol (x otay! byeeeeee

Maybe it's just lust. You don't know him very well, so you might like the idea of him. That or else it's because you're comfortable while playing videogames and it makes you more laidback when you talk to him. I wouldn't suggest that you go after him or anything, but there's nothing wrong with enjoying his companying and him enjoying your company.

I think that its perfectly fine for you guys to be friends and whatnot. I wouldn't try to start anything more - it's really not worth it, being in a long-distance relationship like that, so just stay friends while you can.

It's not wrong to be friends with him like that. It just wouldn't be in your best interest to develop any further feelings for him since you'd have to be in a long-distance relationship if you started anything.

A lot of people have online friends now; it's perfectly normal.

I'm glad we could help you out. May this be closed, then?
