Today I bought the latest AP magazine,so I could subscribe.
My mom always thought it wasn't suitable for me,so she wouldn't let me buy it. So,I bought it anyways and decided I should show to her that there's nothing wrong with it. Well,apparently,she thought that all the music was bad,everybody on every page smokes,does drugs,cusses,aren't good people,and are lifeless,and got my dad to agree with her.  I would love to just rant about my parent's stupidity,but I won't. I honestly don't think there's ANYTHING wrong with Alternative Press. I know most of the bands in there,and they're not "bad" or anything. I'm not going to be influenced to dress like them or become like them,since my mother thinks I will. But my main point is, do you really think AP is inappropriate/not suitable for someone my age? |
