Most of the confident guys I know are borderline cocky. I don't really gravitate towards those type of people in general.

Most guys I know that are "confident" are cocky and only THINK that every girl loves them and every guy wants to be them. They are also not very pleasing to look at.
 I also tend to stay away from those kinds of people.

i like guys with confidence, its a turn on to me. Theres a difference between being confident and being cocky. A guy that can walk up to me and start a normal conversation gets my attention. You need to have some sort of confidence to be able to do that with a stranger. And girls can be the same way too...

I've definitely mentioned this before, but my friend and I have developed a rather simple formula for the perfect guy - he has to have the "essence". It includes confidence - in fact, confidence is one of the most important parts. A nice, humble boy is...nice and all, but sometimes you just wanna tell them to grow some f**king balls. I hate, hate awkward guys.
Confidence = good, cockiness = bad. There's a fine line that a lot of guys cross. |

You see, the difference is between confidence in how you look, and confidence in yourself. Nine times out of ten, people who are over confident in how they look tend to be shallow and cocky. People who are confident in their whole selves, rather than just looks, don't care how people see them. They know they're just fine and that's all that matters. I find that more attractive than anything else.
At least, that's how I see it, being that I'm quite confident in myself and not just my looks. |
