getting read of blank header & showing my friends Options

hello

i was wondering how i can get rid of the big blank space the top of my page so that there is no scroll at all. i guess the best way to describe it would be to show you...

right in between the "friends" "myspace" "music" links and the "flash photo viewer" there is a blank space. i want that gone!

i also would like to know how to show my friends in a box below my personal infor (left side) or just a link where the "add comment" msg me" links are.

this is my first time working with myspace so bear with me

Now if some of your stuff gets cut off, all you need to do is change the top margins of your DIV.
