I'm currently doing that special K diet, so I eat that cereal .. it's not great, but it'll do (and it works, at least for me along time ago)

My favorite is probably Honey Bunches of Oats. One spoonful is all it takes!
Cereal is great stuff; I wouldn't mind having a bowl right now. |

Honey Bunches of Oats and Honey Nut Cheerios are my favorite kinds of cereal. I absolutely love the former.
