basically, we read a book over the last 2 weeks. and we have to present this friday, and how we present is what we are graded on. but the catch is that we CAN NOT talk during the presentation at all. and we get graded on how we tell the plot of the book without talking. i also to make sure if the students understood what i was talking about. we have to do this under 3 mins or exactly.

here are some examples are teachers said we can do;
many of the classmates are doing PowerPoint's, and some are making videos. we can make poster boards. telling how the plot is since we can't talk..

but the thing is i don't want to do those cause all these projects are gonna be the same and stuff. and i want to do something different, but i just don't know what to do for my project since we can't talk. like i want it do be different but it's kinda difficult. any help please?!?

Hmm, maybe make some cardboard stick figures/cartoon figures of the characters in the book? Attach them to a stick or something so you can hold them. Maybe explain the plot or story through speech bubbles you hold over them? Does that make any sense at all? ...puppet show maybe?

Can you have people help you or is it purely an individual assignment?

Could you record you saying your presentation, and then lip sync to it during it? Or it that completely stupid? tongue.gif

Maybe mix that with the puppet idea Gigi had? :\

sorry, thats all I got, lol. :P

Puppet idea is good, but I also like the speech bubbles but that might be a hassle to hold up.

Act it out :)

Yeah, I was going to say puppets too. Make signs for certain things and treat it like a silent movie.
