I use "ish" when something is sort of like something else and typically with a dash. For example - weird-ish, loud-ish, things like that.
What the hell are you guys talking about when you say something ish or not this ish again? lol |

I use 'ish' when referring to someone's stuff. Not that stuff, but, general things.
Ex: Her car is broken. -> Her ish is broken. It's a bad habit. I do it a lot. People are work are like "HUH?!" |

A lot of people I know use "ish" as a noun, or in place of "shit." Like Arjuna and Kristina, for example.
I use "ish" the same way that you do, tacking it onto the ends of words to convey similarity between things. |

I add -ly to words more often than -ish.
Sometimes I say "ish", but with my accent it sounds weird. Hmmmpf. When speaking German I say ish a lot. But it's spelled "Ich" |

Nah I use it like you, I've definitely NEVER heard of it being used as a noun before. If someone did, I'd be like...wtf are you talking about?!
I'm more likely to replace shit with shiz, f**k/f**kin with fruit/frig/friggin. My friend likes to replace "crap" with "carp", but she often ends up using uncensored "f**k" right afterwords, which completely blows my mind. |

I only use ish when I am not sure what exact time it was when something happened. Like noon-ish or 3-oh-clock-ish.

I use '-ish' for describe colours and that sort. '-y' is for trying to use some sort of noun/verb to make it into an adjective. Good that people can still understand me. :P
