Should club owners be able to legally discriminate based on weight is it fair?

Isn't this a legal offense?

Anyway:
Club owners shouldn't be able to tell fat people to go home.

Being overweight should be treated like being a alcoholic or a drug user. I mean we look down on people that are addicted to that but not on people that cant stop eating too much. And i know people may have thyroid problems.

I wish i was more sensitive, but im not.

Of course they'd get "complains about fat people." Probably just a bunch of superficial complaints because it's a fcking night club where people wanna have some fun and a sexy time. Last I checked America doesn't consider fat sexy...

Although to answer your question Jairus, no. (:

i mean yeah being overweight is bad but i dont think its fair having to tell them that they cant go to clubs.
When its food places maybe its more reasonable.

i mean there could be a different way to handle it

Like? Even if they tried to tell them nicely that would hardly water the situation down.

Mcdonalds isnt the only thing that can make you fat rofl.

My point is America should treat obesity as a chronic health problem or as if you were a drug user possibly. (i dont really mean this)

Between the drinks and lights... you never know what you're going to end up going home with. Maybe that's why people are in favor of this rule.
