When I stress, I eat or drink fruits/milkshakes/smoothie. Something refreshing, and read a book in a nice cozy place.

ON TOPIC: Or I just take a crapload of pictures using my dad's old pentax (it needs new film now. XD.gif )

I find that when i get home after a long days work, simply changing clothes makes me feel better. it's almost like taking off the day. you have to be careful about stress tho, because bad stress can have major negative effects on your health, so remember to try to take it easy sumtimes. tongue.gif
