well you could alway add a Content mangement system for layouts
a good one is
fixtatik's fms

http://fixtatik.com

and maybe adding a blog? cutenews wordpress.. etc.. and getting a host with php and Mysql enabled.? there are so many options that I wouldnt know where to start:]

well first. use proper grammar and spelling.
second, make sure you actually have skills. like, don't just make one for the hell of it 'cause you've never done it before.
third, be patient with it. you might have your time frame set for a month and it will probably take three.
make sure you have enough content, have a way to contact you, be positive you have enough time to dedicate yourself to it, etc.

Make sure you have the time and motivation to run a site first. If you quit just like that then what was the point?

Have skills and creativity. I wouldn't want to go to a site that offers boring and ugly layouts. I am sure other people wouldn't either.
