Yep I have seen that unfortunately it is one of my friends that is cursed with that. Her mom looks allot better than her.

Parents tend to "let themselves go" so it isn't TOO often the case... But it'd definitely be depressing for the child if it was. Would the parents have to lie so as not to scar them?
