you could go to google.
type in DIV layout generator. stick with all of the default settings on any that you click on. Get that code. apply the background image you made, then move the text boxes around! It works! or you can make the image over again [same idea and style] just to fit the boxes! |

^ I wouldn't recommend div overlay generators. They never work correctly, trust me. It's much easier to just code by hand. The link given to you by SkyliteX is helpful. :)
