no mater what you still cant ask for a layout. you new it so dont ask. you could have pm one of the skin makers and maybe they could have made it.

ya but c they never pm bak ive pmd quite a few of them well i wanted a naruto theme and i already have one planned out but i dont no how to code it

They most likely have a lot to do. Sheesh. You act as if they don't do anything. They're probably actually taking lots of requests and are pretty busy. At least they replied...wow.

yeah but we all have lives. we too, didn't know how to code at one point in time, but we did this thing called learning. you could try altering an existing skin, but you just got exasperated when no one waited on you hand and foot. someone close this thread, and in the future, don't post topics asking for skins, if someone feels like making a skin, it will be in the SKINS section. sorry if that sounded harsh, but it needed to be said.
