new layout. i don't know if i'm allowed to use/distribute it, because the background design is based off a design by jansport.
 best viewed in firefox, but the only problems on IE are positioning things (by a few pixels). clickage. |

Very simple and cute, I made a layout that looked similar to this, but the comments where different. I like the background though, did you actually make it or no? And if you made it then I wouldn't see any reason why you couldn't use it.

Nice job. I like your stylesheet a lot, and where the comment box is.
I don't think you'd be allowed to submit this since a designer here once got in trouble for using images from Hollister's site. |

i did make the background. drew it with the pen tool. (didn't "trace" it, it was a side by side comparison) this is the original design:

Oh, I thought you just took the piece by jansport as inspiration. I would blast that all over the place then because you could get in trouble with copyright laws.
Did you use that actual picture to draw it, or do you actually own the bag? |

This is amazing! Only thing though... the bold/link font you used seems a little weird. Maybe change the spacing?

You probably would only have to slightly change the detail in the pattern. |

I love the colors. I'm usually not a fan of brown, but I think that's because people never use it right. It looks good in this, though.

I went ahead and submitted it...just see what happens, I guess. If it doesn't get accepted, I'll change the background and colors and such.
