I'm thinking of converting to photoshop. Any Ideas on what version I should get. Im thinking of getting CS3. _unsure.gif

im pretty sure that's the newest version. or is the CS3 extended the newest? im not sure, but, why would you get anything lower? I have ps7 &im okay with it, but i would love to have an updated version.

Yeah, there's no reason to get an older version. CS3 is fine, extended is newer but it's no biggie if you can't get it.

Refer to here for the pricing. If you want the CS3EXTENDED updated it'll cost you some more from your pocket.

cs3 can cost i think between $600 - $650
though i torrented mine which was free : D

I thought you're not really supposed to talk about pirating. XD
& I agree CS3 is pretty good, but I have used CS2 (at home) and CS3 (at school), and I honestly don't feel much of a difference, so if it's any cheaper, use CS2?

I have CS2 on my desktop and Cs3 on my laptop, Cs2 uses less resources so loading and stuff like that is faster but CS2 is a little harder to use because the toolbar is bigger. but if you arent going to get extended might as well save some money and get Cs2:]
