General discussion. Maybe we can turn this into an opinion overview of them or something funky.

What classes are you taking now? What do you like about them or dislike? How are the teachers?
What classes do you want to take?

Next year, I have lined up...

SEM 1:
Honors Orchestra
AP English IV
Calculus BC
AP Physics B
AP Microeconomics
AP European History

SEM 2:
Honors Orchestra
AP English IV
Calculus BC
AP Physics B
"World of Ideas"
AP European History

Eschool: Government, BCIS
Credit by Exam: Chinese I

After I test out of Chinese I, I'll decide if I want to fit Chinese II into my schedule.
If I don't take Chinese II, then I'll have six periods a day :)

I'm probably most excited about Orch, World of Ideas, and APEH. Orch because they're creating an elite ensemble without a minimum number of people so everyone will actually be decent, World of Ideas because it's history/philosophy/literature/art (!!!!), and APEH because the teacher is a badass. I'm interminably excited for APENG IV because I'm a nerd and always love my english classes. ;x

I've been wanting to take a Psych class since sophomore year. So hopefully my schedule will get changed. I really wanted AP American History but I know Psych will be just as good.

POLS 2000 - Introduction to Political Science (3 hrs)
STAT 2000 - Introductory Statistics (4 hrs)
ITAL 1002 - Elementary Italian (semester 2) (4 hrs)
HIST 2302 - History of Western Society Since 1500 (3 hrs)
ENGL 2320 - English Literature from 1700 to the Present (3 hrs)

As that makes 17 hours, I probably need to drop something. And that drop would need to come from one of the last 2 classes, which of course I am most interested in. Annoying.

Apparently I have the same Italian teacher as I did last semester, which is probably a good thing, since in the end she seemed to understand my inability to pay attention in class pretty well. Now I just really need to remember to write her the "letter of commendation" she requested from me.

My junior year schedule will look like this:

AP Calculus AB
AP Bio
AP English
AP U.S. History
French II
Peer Tutoring [Which is like being a T.A., but you help kids with their work and stuff.]

I was supposed to take AP Art History--the one class I looked forward to the most. But my French class was only offered in the same period as the AP Art History.

I didn't get my schedule yet, but these are the classes I signed up for.. My teacher probably screwed me up and put me into honors English and they never posted up the list for the people who got into Chem honors. :\

English 3/4
World History AP
Alg. II (H?) 1/2
Chem Honors 1/2
Mandarin 3/4
Tennis Theory (theory = team for our district.. IDK.)

sad.gif I want an elective! I was thinking about taking a business class for 7th period, but I dunno.

EDIT//
I got my classes. Boo.
