I think it's a little low quality. I would've changed the font color and the comment table. I think that using a black background and having such bright colors can turn people off of layouts like that. I wouldn't have used neon green and orange. Something more subtle might've been better.

This is a fantastic job for your FIRST overlay, I've seen people who have made a lot of overlays, and they look worse than this one, still. So kudos for that.

Criticism: Those colors together made my eyes cross. Maybe if you had replaced the orange with white (or the green with white) it would have been easier to read, less rape on the eyes.

The stripes on the words also made it extremely hard to read, if you had left the stripes OFF the words, it would have made it much better.


and I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, but the comments are completely visible on firefox. If it was intentional, then I suggest styling them up to look a bit prettier.

YEA i wanted the comments to show.i got lazy so i didn't wanna look how to style them.and yea i think the orange and green was too much.
could you post some links or show me how i can style my comments?

I don't like how much the comments make the page scroll. Also, the diagonal stripes (scan lines?) on "playlist" and "im still fly" make them hard to read.

i didn't even notice the 'im still fly' &playlist thing. the text is a bit hard to read, maybe use diff colors. i really like the colors used already though. &im not so crazy about the comments showing. but this is really good for your first.
