i write a lot.. here`s two of them

me
funny how you called
“just to say hello”
when really
you called to break my heart
i don’t even remember
how it all happened
…“i care for you”
…“better off as friends”
seriously though
there were too many words
just for “i don’t love you”
and of course
i laughed it off
“what are you talking about?!”
one word, PRIDE
you seemed to be relieved
…i guess?
because every time you’re with her
and you see me around
you have that guilty look
like as if you know that
i’m still wishing
still hoping
still dreaming
that it wasn’t her
but me.

and...

one month
it`s only been one month
and already i`m in deep
i think of you when i wake up
before i go to sleep
from the little things you do
to the limits that you pass
i`ll cherish them forever
our love was made to last
i love the way you are
and how you make my heart race
when i`m down, you make sure that
a smile`s on my face
you seem to know when things area wrong
like you`re right here with me
and when things are good, you make it better
so everyone can see
you`re the one who caught my eye
the one worth waiting for
you`re the best thing in my life
the one that i adore
i think of ways to make you happy
and i hope that this will do
i worked hard on this little piece
to show you i love you

it may seem now like i dont care
but many times i`ve cried
it may seem like my love is gone
but it`s all held inside
it may seem like i`ve put behind
the days that we both shared
but it`s all cherished memories
that i locked up with care
you think that i just gave up ×-»
and let everything go
you think it`s easy for me
but there's so much you don`t know
i`m not here to prove you wrong
but don`t think it`s just you
i still miss you everyday
i go through what you do
i look back and reminise
both good times and bad
i remember every word
of those long talks we`ve had
and now though we don`t even talk
i know that you still care
and when i`m in need of your help
you`ll always be there
that`s a promise we both made
and forever i will keep
i`ll make sure that it`ll stay true
till i endlessly sleep
