Ha ha, I almost forgot about this with all the recent events. Thanks for filling out the survey!

Survey Questions for the Everybody, but Mostly the Mods:
Do you admit that activity was higher during cB World Language Day than most recent days?

Unfortunately, I was unable to be here for most of it. After warming up to the idea, I posted in Spanish and in French once. It was embarrassing because I had to use a translator and had no idea if I was typing correctly. lol

Was your activity risen during cB World Language Day?

Mine didn't, but I was called into work unfortunately.

Mods only: Do you admit that you were wrong?

Me? Wrong? Inconceivable! :P

Mods only: Do you admit that you blew the foreign language problem out of proportion?

It certainly could have been handled differently on both sides. ;)

Mods only: Do you apologize for wasting my time?
Honey, you are posting on an internet forum. Wasting time is implicit, regardless. ;)

Mods only: Were you one of the few mods who saw the value in cB World Language Day?

After I got "It's a Small World" out of my head, sure. :P

How are the mod/member relations right now?

Not so fantastic. I hope we can change that. We meaning everyone - staff and community members alike.

How can we improve mod/member relations?

If I had a definitive answer to that, I'd love to offer it. I think that being direct with your intentions is a good thing. For example, while not necessarily mandatory, a head's up regarding the language day would have possibly saved a great deal of needless back and forthing. That isn't to say that staff members handled the situation and communicated efficiently either. My point is, working together instead of working against each other is always the best course, in my opinion.

Mods only: When can we see some changes in who is in the staff team?

That's a big TBD. Sorry.

Mods only: Looking at your activity, you contributions, and how well you communicate with the community, do you honestly think you should still be on the staff team?

What's funny is that I actually "stepped down" recently. I felt bad for being so inactive and felt that it wouldn't be fair for other staff members to receive criticism for my inability to be here as often as I'd like or as often as I feel an administrator should be here. I talked to Dani a bit and basically got staff opinions regarding whether or not my staying with sporadic lack of activity was ok with them and if it was, I'd stay. I'm still here, obviously and typing far too verbose responses. If it gets to the point when community members and staff members really feel that being active more is important enough for me to leave, I'd certainly comply.

In your personal opinion, which mod got owned the most in this thread?

LOL Definitely a toss-up.

Did you answer the above questions honestly and truthfully?

I always do, for better or for worse. lol
