Shameless Plug: Twilight Series' new book Breaking Dawn, B&N event for both the movie and book. Options

Seeing how it relates to both the book and the movie wasn't sure where to add this.

Yes, and since my mom works for b&n told her I'll help out. Alerting you ahead of time as well because CB's members are the most hardcore Fans of the series and the most open about it. Seeing how July is ending this may be old news. If so I'm sorry but in return here is some inside information about it.

If you live near a Barnes and Noble, or visit often I'm sure you have heard of or maybe even attended the Midnight magic party for the last Harry Potter Book (7th). Borders did a very similar one so maybe some of you went to that instead. Well B&N is at it again (and maybe borders). This time for the upcoming new book in the Twilight series
Breaking Dawn.

Its like the midnight HP event, where customers can reserve their copy and attend the party which starts at 9pm Aug 1st. The book is then up for sale at 12:00am midnight (officially 12:01 Aug 2nd.). Its a event where fans of the series can meet, share their love of the book and participate in the many events/games B&N staff will have for all of you. My mom tells me that there will be teams.

Team Cullen & Team Jacob which I think relates to the odd relationship Bella between the both of them... Sorry never read the books

"[Female] Fans are encouraged to dress in wedding/prom style dresses for the graduation of Bella and possible marriage to Cullen" who knows if this is true we can't only find out in the new book.

From what i understand various contests will be held in which the following will be given:
Breaking Dawn t-shirts, Free copy of the 4th book, and other things (will update when I find out.)
contest items may vary each store but the t-shirts and book is a defiant.

Publishes sent b&n exclusive footage to the new Twilight movie, interviews from leading cast and scenes from the movie which will be playing at the event.

For those who live in the New York area the Barnes and Nobel in Co-op will be going all out for the event, draping their windows black and ordering the red ribbon in honor of the book cover to New Moon(they had thought about the apple from the twilight cover but not sure if they can find a large enough one).
