Not really so much a habit, but my typing has improved A LOT. I've also taken to proof reading a lot more.

Chatroom speak. I used to type to people in AIM with perfect spelling and punctuation, and I rarely used acronyms at all. When I started frequenting CBC, though, I had to keep up, so my AIM conversations turned into this mess:
- so there was this girl - the other day - who was really upset about something - so I asked her what was wrong, and she was like - "I dunno my head just hurts really bad for some reason" - so I was like aww and found her some medicine. That's not an actual story, just very much like some of the boring shit I talk about sometimes. But yeah, I'm trying to break myself of the habit. I've just gotten really enter happy.

I don't know if this counts but whenever I hear the word TACT now, I cringe a little. |

^ I would probably have learned to actually write all my words out, because cBers get annoyed with annoying typers. And "imo" means "in my opinion". =]
As for me, I constantly check up on new posts now. Thanks cB, for making me an even bigger loser. =P |

I've cleaned up my typing quite a bit since I first came here.
I used to never touch the shift key, or any punctuation, and unicode characters used to be scattered throughout my text. |
