I was always SO SCARED to play Red Rover! I was always just a given for the other team because if they called me to run, it was just assumed I'd be staying there.

Or when they'd run over to my side, they'd immediately head for wherever I was because I'd freak out thinking they were gonna break my arm and end up dropping it right before they hit me. >.<

Yeah, I was pretty frustrating to play games with. XD

We played Duck Duck Goose! I love playing that with the little kids at Summer Camp. They had no idea why they were running around in circles. xD

And man, Red Rover! I loved that game, but I was always so bad at it. I guess that's what I get for being weak.

so the Canadian version of 'duck, duck, goose' is 'duck, duck, gray gosse'? that just seems like one word to long. is gray goose one or two people?

cuz i like that whole, "GOOSE" and then you run. but if you have to say "GRAY GOOSE" thats a half a second to long. lol.

what other kiddie games are different from how we play it in america?

We say "goose" too. I mean, we have Canadian geese here. xD According to Wikipedia, they play "Grey Duck" in Minnesota.

We also play "Cucumber, Cucumber, Kumquat" and "Drip, Drip, Drop" with water. =D

WHAT THE HELL IS GREY DUCK?

I thought really hard to make a connection to something Canadian but it totally didn't work. Of anybody, Canadians should be familiar with geese...Canadian geese?! HELLO?

The bagged milk is going to my head.

Some people in Canada (or Minnesota) actually call it Duck Duck Grey Duck. I'm not well-versed enough in Canadian wild life to say why...but it seems to be the way.
