My friend has it, i like it, i mean guitar hero gets pretty boring, and this lets you play with your friends, rather than just another guitar player, and the drums are REALLY challenging, and well I've never tried the singing. lol

I have it on the PS3. Its a good game.
I don't like it so much on Xbox because its not wireless on that.

Anyway the drums are crazy hard, the bass is slightly harder than GH3's bass, the guitar is substantially easier, the singing is easy unless you do it on expert.

I give it an 8/10

I think it's a fun game! But like someone said above, it's fun when you're drunk, too. lol. I guess it just adds a little more variety than guitar hero.

You should try SIngstar. I'm kinda addicted to that game now.

Rock Band is great if you live with friends or family. Or if you hang out with a group of people a lot. Playing it alone you probably won't enjoy it that much, but who knows you could.

If you've ever played guitar hero and you expect the same diffuculty level, then Rock Band isn't for you. Rock band's difficulty level is probably around medium on Guitar Hero.

Rock Band is coming out on the Wii this month as well, and guitar hero 4 is coming out sometime or another and its going to have drums and a microphone along with harder and new songs.

HYSTERIA by MUSE!

I don't care for Rock Band, but HYSTERIA IS AN AWESOME SONG! Damn I wish it was on GH2 instead of that Knights of Cyndonia song... That song was lame...

When is GH4 coming out? Unless I see something good for the lineup, I most likely won't buy the game. I'm all GH'd out. And yet, wow the two games are becoming so similar (GH + RB) what with the new additions for GH4...

Rock Band is pretty much the greatest thing ever. At least close... I think the creation of Mt.Dew topped it...

I was driving 20 miles to a buddy's house to play every weekend with a bunch of people, the driving got tiresome and it wasn't happening every weekend so I bought it a week or so ago. Pretty sure I'm addicted. After work I lug it all over to my friends new house and we usually have 4 or 5 people playing all night till the sun's up and a few of us realize we have to work in a few hours. tongue.gif

The downloadable songs are cheap too. $10 and I downloaded like 8 songs I wanted... I think I already had some points on my account though.. not sure.

Although the drumming is effing impossible at anything but Medium when you get further in the game and have to play songs in other continents.
The Guitar is way better than in Guitar Hero 2 or 3, but it's a little bit easier. Expert is a breeze on the harder songs. and Vocals is a nice challenging touch to the game.

I'm going to agree and say that this game is only fun for a short while but then can easily get tiring/boring after a while, I played it and loved it for like the first 5 hours, then quickly got over it. Haha.
