retouching images on photoshop, what is the best way ? |

so skin can look nice and clean and neat if you have any ways to put them here please !! =] |

I use the patch tool. It's easy to use, just select a section of the skin and drag to another part and it replaces it.

Brightening up the photo also helps, if it was kind of dark to start out with.
