Recycle Bin?

does the Recycle Bin actually Recycle? or does it just delete the files, then you just make any new one? considering files dont actually exist, and the computer can make as many as it can store on its memory...

what do you think? BTW i wasint suer where this went, this seamed like the best spot...

Short Answer
It deletes them.

Long Answer
It removes the file from the computer's file listing, so that the space on the hard drive can be reused -- although the file isn't actually removed.

so it doesint actually recycle then, its like getting rid of something in your fridge...

and yeah i know it cant be deleted permanently...

Well, if you "empty the trash", then the file is deleted. Actually, you might have to do a full delete, where you wipe out your hard drive a couple times, in order to fully delete a file.

Nothing is truely lost forever with just a click of the mouse. When my brother's friend got an old computer from a neighbor he was able to recover a ton of stuff and look through his neighbors old accounts.

No. Well.. he probably did. But he found his neighbor's old tax work and stuff.
