I take my accounting midterm in about 7.5 hrs. I have been studying my ass of and I hope it pays off. Sleepy time.

So, for you guys, ever felt like giving up on something, but didn't, and it ended up paying off in the end?

night night

Good luck, Elba!

Hmm... I didn't give up on Physics 12 after getting a low mark at the beginning of the year. I stuck to it and ended up with the highest mark in my class in term 3! (Sadly, it's only 89%... but whatever).

good luck BLABLA! flowers.gif

Haha this reminds me of my art rock music class last summer. I was going to half-ass my essay but I was like "damn, I gotta do well" so I ended up making it awesome enough to get a 96% on it, wit 100% on my notebook/journal too. :D

And I started on the essay the night before, but I went to sleep early and then finished the rest of the 3/4's of the essay the day it was due. The class started in the late afternoon, that's why. AND it was a research essay! BAM!

Not so much giving up, but I wanted to change the politics part of my degree to english, but didn't. I'm fairly glad, if for no other reason that politics allows me a lot more free time to pursue my extra-currics, and plus it's easier to get onto my first choice modules doing politics.

goood luck, thumbsup.gif

One time I really wanted to stop playing piano a while back, but when I went to my recital, I heard a guy play a really awesome song. I thought to myself, "wow, I'd really like the play something like that. I stuck with it, and I'm almost finished my seventh year of playing. _smile.gif

I guess it payed off, not a good example though, haha.
