Table problems. Options

Okay, now i'd like to shrink the table on the right side a little more. Like a good 10 pixels, and make the background come up on the right side as it does the left. I also want to kinda get the right table closer to the left table if possible. Problem is not only am I having issues doing this but I can't even find where I can in the coding.
