so for christmas my mom bought me a crimper.
and i like alot!
but the only problem is that i cant really use it without making my hair look like a afro.
&&
now i dont really use it cuz of that
but
i dont want my mom thinking that i dont like it

i just need to know what i can do to make it look better.

Only crimp the first layer, that's what I've done.
So leave the bottom striaght and just do the top.

yoooo crimping was last cool in like the 90's but ehhh whatever floats your boat.


whatever you do, don't try to crimp your whole head (=afro). instead try just crimping parts and keeping the rest straight.

Not where i live. Everyone still crimps there hair. SOOOO CUTE!

yeah crimping was used sooo long ago. i personally don't like it. instead of making your hair look good, it makes it look worse, imo.

but yes, just crimp a few parts, not all of your hair.

i guess stuff like this wouldn't look that bad:

I'm not fond of crimped hair, but a lot of the people around my area use it on the non-visible part of their hair to give volume.
