in your opinion, what is the best way to have links on a website?

should a link to every page, including the page you're on, be shown on every page?
like, the links don't change or anything, so even if you're on maybe a blog page, there's still a link to that blog page with the rest of the links?

or, do you prefer it when the page you are on is subtracted from the links?

structured links are much better, and easier for a viewer to use.
i prefer it when the page you are on is still on the links, it means nothing changes too much and it doesn't look messy, and its easier to refresh the page without having to click refresh
it just looks cleaner!

Honestly, I just think it's too much work to get rid of the link. Most people can't be bothered, and it's in no way expected. If you have just a few main links, then I guess you could do it, but I doubt people would notice if the link was still there or not.
