does anyone know how i can make a animation using photoshop cs3 extended? not the animation with the pictures, the one with the videos.

Hopefully your PS comes with ImageReady (it should).

CS3 no longer has Imageready, it's been discontinued. However, animation has been incorporated.

well it does yet doesn't. cs3 has animation features. all you have to do is go window>animation.
