i don't know what createblog is running on, obviously it's php. but i'm sure that micron created his own program himself.

wordpress.org is a fantastic content management program.
if that's too complicated for you, try cutenews (http://cutephp.com/)

You will notice if you browse through fan sites that there are only two types of programs they use: cutenews & wordpress. CuteNews is the more popular mostly because it's really simple to use and you can more readily use your code vs wordpress which requires for you to make your own theme.

^^ thank you but I already know about those programs and the program that createblog uses is probably not hand coded by Jusun, its probably an open source or maybe even license required because other sites like saruna.net uses the same or similar content mangement system, Im trying to look for more like a layout organizing system rather than a blogging content system :] thank you though;]

i'd suggest trying out Joomla. it's an extremely powerful content management system (createblog reminds me of it) that allows just about anything. you can have a forum, blogs, calendars, and add on a thousand different plugins (which i'm sure you could find one that allows you to store different pages of layouts).

Agreed, I'm a big fan of Joomla. It's pretty easy to figure out how to customize and there are so many plugins you can really use it for anything.

CMS just stands for "content management system."
CMS Matrix - take your pick.

It's good that you got the website you needed. Can this be moved to Resolved Topics, then?
