i'm not meaning to advertise or anything, this is just for design purposes.

coded and designed everything 100% myself, i'm kinda proud of it, although it was inspired by a template here on CB's somewhere.

so, opinions? bad or good, i'll take anything. if you read, though, you'll notice i'm still working on the actual content, especially my portfolio and resources. and yes, i'm aware my portfolio sucks, but i figured a lot of okish stuff would equal a few really cool things, so, it's temporary. hopefully it'll be much more awesome by the end of the summer.

It's pretty cute. I like the overall feel it has.
In your portfolio, there's one background that doesn't show. I don't know if it's just the computer I'm using or not, but in the 2nd row at the center, it doesn't show up for me.

I really like it though.
Oh. Are the dates on the front page supposed to have scrollbars?

I don't know if it's because of the color codes or my screen but the background color is different from the layout. It's two different types of gray and it bugs me >.>

uhhh, crap...i didn't check it in IE until now.
i'll fix the scrollbar problem, but how can i fix those two different colors of grey?

i like it a lot but at first i thought that the words were misaligned so that it hit the color orbs before realizing that the last letters were colorized.

imay go crazy and fix that in a few days, maybe make them darker, i don't know, it depends on if i ever just spontaneously feel like it.

i like your layout a lot. the switching from a different layout to the main layout kind of gets annoying to me because it's not under one layout. but i can understand if the coding is difficult. frames and php are often hard to figure out.

but i like it!

you should really look up some frame codes and maybe PHP which is super popular and really efficient. it will make the load up a lot easier for those with slower internet speeds and all that. that way when you click on a link, it won't be a brand new page but the same page with the content in the content area.

I like everything except the different grays; i think it should be one gray.

and I, personally, don't like that the navigation cuts off. It just doesn't look good to me. I see what you were trying to do, but.. idk .. personal preference i guess.

i didn't even think of frames, and i know how to use PHP. obviously i'm not a professional and this is my first actual website so i did what i could off the top of my head. personally, i like the different layouts, so that's how they'll stay until i spontaneously feel like creating something else.

also, if others would read the whole thread (no names mentioned ), i said that i would change the navigation and i'm aware of the two different greys and i'm trying to figure out how to fix that. :]

OH and i use 000webhost.

^i'm not going to bother with that. i know it's not professional and all, but since i'm with a free host and haven't bought a domain, i'm willing to accept the few extra letters and numbers in my URL.

i'm aware of the awkward URLs to the entries, i just forgot about fancy URLs. :] but what do you mean by the blanks on the next line...?
