Add Friend Link not working Options

Not sure why but now my Add friend link isn't working on my DIV layout. It was working before and now when i go in and change the code it still doesn't work.

Any ideas?

ya.. i am.. i dont know what is wrong with the code. It has always worked... :( i feel like it isn't the coding, actually almost positive the coding is correct, i feel like it is a glicth in the profile... :(
