This is some dialog, that I thought of randomly, didn't edit, and...yeah, it's near the climax of the book I'm beginning to write. Just one of those random visions that authors have...so...yeah. Here ya go.

It won't make any sense, by the way. =P

----------

"It's your core nature that is telling you you are free, but it's the inner world that believes otherwise."

"That's what I mean."

"The world is lying to you? You believe that as well?"

"No. I think that mine and the worlds thoughts aren't being interpreted right. And that's why both of us are here. You bring the word of the World, and I bring the word of the people. Standing tall for different sides of the same coin, even now, we still do not understand each other.

I stand here because of how people have acted with and for the word of the world, misinterpreting the word of Ankh. How they have taken your word, that this is the way of the world, when you only share with them what they need to know. What will suffice with them.

But the world is not ready. And when it is, it will no longer take your word as everything they need and know anymore. As your soon separate worlds grow, and try to grasp their dreams, and the dreams of the Old World, they will make a new world, and on it build their own Word.

And after that, the new souls of the new word and the old souls of the old word, and even a mix of both, will come together and make their own words. The words of the people will not be suppressed, not with the word of the world you bring. And not with the Death that follows you.

Neither of us will ever fully understand what the other means. You bring truth, and we break up the truth into what we can and hope to understand. And in the end, the words of the people come together to describe your burden. We will find our own way to interpret the truth, we don't need your Word and Death anymore. You've done your part.

Now let us do ours."

----------

What a speech, huh?

Interesting snippet of dialogue, although obviously without context, I don't really understand much of it.

So you're writing the climax of the book before anything else?

Heh, no. This is just something that popped randomly in my mind when thinking about how the story would go. I just started something random and this is what came out.
