I only need a little hand here, please, add comment link not working!! Options

Heey all,

I been making layouts now and everything is working properly. Eventually we all have to learn.
Now I made this new layout and I cannot make the "add comment" link work! Why is that? I tried so hard to make it work and I trid different codes, but all they give me is an error or something like an inavlid friend ID.
Can someone help me with this please? It would be such a big help.
