I have corel draw X3 and i was wondering how you make an image usable with it a layout. like what file i should use. and to keep the image quality the same. any help?

Do you just want to know what you should save it as? PNG files will give the best quality, but if the image isn't too detailed you should use GIF. You can upload those types of files at every uploading site I've seen.
