hi if you reply to this thanks in advance :D ... i've had problems making the |glow swirl effect| like below b.c i'm using paint shop pro and any tutorial i see is using photoshop. which in most cases i can do the same in psp but not this particular effect. it has just been itching me and i dont like to bother ppl on here lol. so if anyone could dumb it down for me i'd greatly appreciate it!

yeah that's a brush...check out deviantart.com for photoshop brushes. it might have that brush in there
