also i would search google/internet myself but everytime i open google or type in anemia the IE/OPERA and firefox closes. like wtf? but yea anyways. |

Anemia can mimic different health conditions. The real way you can find out for sure is to go to the doctor and find out. Anemia usually isn't life-threatening and most people can adjust their lifestyles. There are different types of anemia and treatment for each is different.
There's NOTHING we can tell you to make you feel better. Go to the doctor. Anemia is not the end of the world, usually there are ways to make you better. |

As said above just see the doctor. Chances are you'll be on iron tablets and monitored every so often. No biggy.

I used to be Anemic, and I would have to go in for blood tests about every 3 months. They put me on iron, and also had me change up my diet... so that my body could absorb the iron. There are different types of anemia, but it's a pretty easy thing for the doctors to catch and treat.

I've dealt with anemia since I was pregnant with Iz. Many women become anemic while pregnant, mine just never went away.
I was taking iron supplements for a while, but they just murdered my stomach, so I stopped taking them. I just watch what I eat, basically. I eat a lot of iron rich foods like spinach, nuts, broccoli, kidney beans, tofu, ect. |
