^ Lovely usage of colors.

If you have not been interviewed, please PM an Admin or Head Staff member so that you can have your interview as soon as possible. I would like to get all of the interviews completed by tomorrow afternoon.

Dani - sorry, I'm dropping out. I'm not going to be available very much at all starting the end of may. D: I don't want my activity to be a problem again. Sorry for making you wait so long. I'll send this in a PM too. Although I did have some good answers. Maybe next time. ;x

^ I'd actually also like to have my name taken off the list. My interest in cB comes in short spurts and I can already feel it waning. Sorry. I'll PM somebody, too, I guess.

Me too actually. Summer for me starts in 2.5 weeks and lasts till end of August, and I'm rarely ever online over the summer. While I would try to be online as much as I can, like Christina, I don't want my activity to be a question either. I feel that you guys can probably find better staff members who will be online much more than I will be. Sorry for telling you guys this now.

i wouldn't go that far. i'm going to have to raise your warning level.

when are these people gonna be hired? it feels like this is really drawn out for a hiring that isn't that important or needed imo. maybe just cause of the interviews, i duno.

You know it's interesting that people do feel like this is drawn out, because I feel like it's going at a relatively normal pace. I dunno, though. xD

We really just need to finish all the interviews, and that's currently being taken care of - after all that, the decision-making process should be fairly quick.

I should have given this one:

QUOTE
Why do you want to be on staff, and what do you think you can bring to the staff as a whole? - I want to piss Trish off and usurp her authority, disproving every point she thinks is logical and/or valid.

Do you feel like you could get along with the staff now? - Sure, I mean, James pretends, right?

Mods are often subject to criticism by members and even other mods. How would you personally deal with getting bad feedback? - Tell them to f**k off. No jk, I wouldn't do anything I don't have a reason for, so if questioned I would kindly tell them why I did what I did, and if they insist on pursuing it, I would quote Trish and tell them it's not my job to babysit them and then tell them to f**k off.

are there any other qualities or personality traits that you think would make you a great staff member? - You forgot to capitalize "are." I think a great staff member has a sense of humor, has a brain, and isn't a vietnamese whore.

What kind of changes would you like to see in createblog, and what issues do you feel needs to be dealt with better, and in what way?
- Jusun to go away again, Steven and crew unbanned, and Trish' nudes as the site banner. Of course it's optional to turn it off, and you're warned before hand of some disturbing content.

as mods we're often required to take down even our own friends on the boards and you often get made into the "bad guy". is this something that you think you could handle well? - Bad to the bone n*gga! A friend in need is no friend of me. But seriously, I would do whatever was necessary for the site even if that meant stopping a friend from spamming or doing something mighty naughty (unless of course it was for a good cause or to piss off Trish).
